Filters for Prolux ventilation units: how to choose the right one?

1. Choose according to your unit model

All the filters we offer are made in Europe and perfectly match the dimensions of the original filters. This guarantees complete tightness and easy installation. In our assortment, we have filters for the most popular Prolux models, such as Prolux Avero V180, Prolux Avero V280, Prolux Avero V360, Prolux Avero V370, Prolux Avero V460 and others. 2. Choose the appropriate filtration class

Depending on your needs, we offer several filtration levels:

• G4 class (Coarse): Primary and basic protection designed to capture the coarsest dust, hair, lint, and insects. These filters are mostly used for exhaust air purification or as additional protection.
• M5 class (ePM10): Medium efficiency filters that effectively capture medium-sized dust, sand, soot, and some mold spores. This is the optimal choice for maintaining a balanced air flow.
• F7 class (ePM1): High efficiency filters, especially recommended for supply air purification during the heating season or if you suffer from allergies. They effectively capture fine particulate matter (PM2.5), pollen, mold spores, and fine soot.

3. Consider when it is time to change the filters

Regular filter replacement is the cheapest way to protect expensive ventilation equipment. A clogged filter forces the motors of the ventilation unit to work under higher load, which not only increases electricity consumption but also increases the risk of system failure. To enjoy clean air and quiet operation of the unit, it is recommended to change the filters every 3–6 months.
