Filters for VALSIR ventilation units: how to choose the most suitable one?

In our store you will find a wide range of analog filters for various VALSIR ventilation units. We understand that it is easy to get lost in the abundance, so we have prepared a short guide to help you choose the filters that exactly meet your needs and ensure maximum system efficiency.

1. Choose according to your device model

All our offered filters are made in Europe and exactly match the dimensions of the original filters. This guarantees complete tightness and simple installation. Our assortment includes filters for the most popular VALSIR models, such as Valsir Ariosa HV 250 E and others. Simply find your device model number and select it in our catalog navigation.

2. Choose the right filtration class

Depending on your needs, we offer several filtration levels:

  • G4 class (Coarse): Primary and basic protection designed to trap the largest dust, hair, lint, and insects. These filters are mostly used for exhaust air cleaning or as additional protection.
  • M5 class (ePM10): Medium efficiency filters, effectively trapping medium-sized dust, sand, soot, and some mold spores. This is the optimal choice for maintaining a balanced air flow.
  • F7 class (ePM1): High efficiency filters, especially recommended for supply air cleaning during the heating season or if you are allergic. They effectively trap fine particulate matter (PM2.5), pollen, mold spores, and fine soot.

3. Assess when it is time to change the filters

Regular filter replacement is the cheapest way to protect expensive ventilation equipment. A clogged filter forces the ventilation unit's motors to work under a higher load, which not only increases electricity consumption but also increases the risk of system failure. To enjoy clean air and quiet operation of the device, it is recommended to change the filters every 3–6 months.
